No. Everything is designed for you. You print it, cut it out, and arrange it on your page. There is no drawing required, no blank canvas, no moment where you need to "come up with something." The project guide walks you through every step. If you can use scissors and a glue stick, you can do this.
A printer, scissors, a glue stick, and something to stick things into: a journal, a notebook, or even a sheet of card. That's it. Coloured pencils are lovely if you have them but completely optional. You don't need to buy any craft supplies, specialist paper, or equipment.
